Terms of Servise

★ General ★

• When you place an order, you’re automatically agreeing to these terms.
• The artist has right to decline any order without needing to explain why.
• The artist has a unique personal style that may involve slight adjustments to your character. Anatomy and shapes will not be altered to fit specific preferences. If you are looking for an exact replication of another style or structure, please consider commissioning a different artist.
• I don't work with text descriptions of character design.
• Visual references of the commission idea / pose are preferred.
• All conditions need to be settled before payment is made. Once you pay, no changes can be made.
• The expected turnaround time is up to 2 months, but it usually takes about 1–2 weeks.
• If you need a rush order, there will be an extra fee of 50% on top of the price.
• For private orders, they won’t be included in the artist’s portfolio, which also incurs an additional 50% fee.

★ Does / Does Not Draw ★

Acceptable:
• Anthro (depends on the character, so please confirm individually)
• Feral characters
• NSFW, BDSM (as long as it stays within reasonable limits)Not Acceptable:
• Custom backgrounds. At the moment, all backgrounds are drawn by the artist at his own discretion.
• Humans
• Additional versions of the original drawing
• Underage characters in NSFW
• Violence, gore, dismemberment, drugs
• Infidelity, bullying, hate speech
• Diapers, hypnosis, vore fetish, etc.

★ Workflow ★

• The client places an order through Google Forms.
• If the order is accepted, artist will reach out directly to discuss the details.

★ Stages ★

• Rough sketch – approval
• Line art + colors – approval
• Finalization and delivery of the completed file

★ Revisions ★

• At the sketch stage: free (unless it’s a complete change of the initial idea; additional poses and ideas will be $10)
• At the line art stage: $20
• At the illustration stage: $40
• Revisions due to artist mistakes are free of charge.

★ Payment and Refunds ★

• Full payment is required upfront before any work begins.
• No refunds are available — the artist is based in a country with restricted money transfers.
• The primary payment method is PayPal in USD ($).

★ Usage Policy ★

• The artist keeps the right to use the artwork in their portfolio and on Patreon.
• The client can use the commissioned work for personal, non-commercial purposes (like avatars, banners, etc.).
• Editing, cropping, copying, or redistributing the image without permission is not allowed.
• For complete privacy, this must be agreed upon.

Close-ups / Internal Shots	+$50 - $70	Additional close-up views or internal perspectives.
Idea Enhancements	+$30 - $50	Includes bondage, stockings, ghost hands, tentacles, ropes, accessories, environmental or partial background objects.
Messy Additions	+$50	Additional messy effects.

NSFW Parts	+$10 - $50	Price depends on complexity and detail level.

Special Design	+$5 - $50	Complex or themed ref sheet layout, fonts, background, etc.
